Strengths: I don't know
Weaknesses: I don't know, it's not compatible with Windows Vista.
Overall Evaluation: PC World needs to either tell users of Windows Vista how to make Image Resizer work with Vista or stop saying it will work with Vista.

Strengths: An excellent and easy to use tool.
Weaknesses: Despite what PC World says, it isn't Vista compatible, sorry.
Overall Evaluation: Great for XP Users.
