  Duration of ownership: 2 Days

  Strengths: Touch Hack installed exactly as described in the article. User interface of my 60 GB iPod 5G changed exactly as perported to.

  Weaknesses: Completely trashed my iPod. When I turned it on the next day, the user interface had mysteriously changed to something completely unrecognized. When I connected the iPod to my PC, it rebooted and that's all it will do now -- continuously reboot. I've tried everything suggested on Apple's support site to no avail. The iPod is permanently "stuck" in an endless reboot loop. I now must send my iPod to Apple for repair at a cost of $!59.99 plus shipping!

  Overall Evaluation: My recommendation is that you do NOT install this firmware in your iPod if you want to ensure that it continues to function.
