Strengths: Easy-to-use and free of charge.
Weaknesses: No support for iTunes DRM-protected .m4p music and .m4b audiobook.

Strengths: It was very easy to put my purchased music from iTunes onto my Sansa. Very easy to set up.
Weaknesses: There was no explanation that if your device does not support a m4a or m4p that it will put the song on your player, but it cannot play the song. I had to go through alot to find a free converter to do this. Make sure you know what your device will play.
Overall Evaluation: I found the free download to be very easy to install and to use. I just wish it was explained that it cannot convert songs to different formats.
