Strengths: I don't know. Can't get into it
Weaknesses: Another of PCWorld's downloads, Spyware Detector, calls this spyware and prevents the program from installing.
Overall Evaluation: There is no way to tell. I can't get it to install. I would have thought that the publisher would have checked out a simple detail like this before putting it out.
