Strengths: Wouldn't know.
Weaknesses: I downloaded this on the basis of the assertion in the review's assurance that it would clean up duplicate files. That function is "grayed out" in this program. About 65 percent of my 5800 songs in iTunes have duplicates and deleting them manually is unmanageable. I've been looking for an automated solution and apparently this is not it.
Overall Evaluation: If I had portable devices to sync, maybe I'd like it.

Strengths: Worked perfect for me... pretty amazing really can sync remote locations, supposedly even resync the ipod (didn't try that) - loving it. Quick easy download, no spyware and actually worked!
Weaknesses:
Overall Evaluation: Good, good, good.

Strengths: This program gets straight to the point. If you want a utility to update all of the non-iTunes music folders you have added to your iTunes Music Library, this is the utility that will do it. I added a number of non-iTunes folders to iTunes months ago and didn't realize how out of date they were until I ran iTUL. There are lots of options so you can fine tune how the utility runs. The author encourages backing up the iTunes databases before using ITLU: The files are called iTunes Music Library.xml and iTunes Library.itl and are located under My Music\iTunes\. Copy them to another location. This allows you to go back if anything does not work as expected. (reviewer's recommendation)
Weaknesses: The program has been tested up to iTunes 6, but I ran it on the latest version of iTunes 8 and had no problems. Also, it runs on OS Win2k and XP. I haven't tested it on my Vista OS yet
Overall Evaluation: I like this utility.....a lot. You would think Apple would have incorporated a function like this along time ago.
