Duration of ownership: 36 Months
Strengths: None - it does not do the basic job
Weaknesses: Memopal have acknowledged that what I have written here is true, but they won't fix it: Memopal cannot count correctly how much you have backup up (eg: it say I have over 2Gb in one folder that contains nothing). It will not back up files it says it has already backed up but hasn't. It incorrectly says I am over me 200Gb limit when I only have 3-0Gb stored. You cannot retrieve some files. It messes up files that have an apostrophe in the name.
Overall Evaluation: Poor. My data is vulnerable because of Memopal - exactly the opposite of what I pay for.

Strengths: It is simple to use and, on the whole does what it says it does.
Weaknesses: You cannot share folders. The only way to do this is to zip them. However, the programme finds it hard to upload zipped files. I am now on my sixth attempt to upload and share a zip file and, yet again, there is a transfer error. I have informed the support team but the only advice they can give is to try again!!!!!
Overall Evaluation: Good for storage. Hopeless for sharing anything more than a photograph!!!!

Strengths: Memopal saves all changes of my files for an unlimited time
Weaknesses: I need more space
Overall Evaluation: Memopal is unique,it saves all versions of my files for an unlimited time and backs up is in real time! I use Memopal for several months and with only one license I can save my documents at work and access them at home. Memopal is the only online backup service that offers this possibility: one account more computers

Strengths: I use one license for all my two PC Windows and MAC
Weaknesses: There aren't weaknesses to note!
Overall Evaluation: Memopal is great! If I have deleted a file by accident, but have archived it with Memopal, I can easily recover it. And so I payed 49$ and I use Memopal on my Pc and on my Mac.
