Overall Evaluation: I downloaded this program and I had to uninstall it after about a week. I had a lot of problems getting into different websites, viewing files, etc., while I had it. Once I uninstalled it, my web surfing and computer were ok again.

Strengths: Easy interface
Weaknesses: minimal applications and functions for anybody above the home user snapshot catagorie
Overall Evaluation: Vic Man has some great freeware...but don't expect a replacement for PhotoShop
