Strengths: I don't know what its strengths are. I can't get it to open.

Weaknesses: I can't get it to open. As malkay8 and others stated, it wouldn't start, because I had to be connected to the internet. I was connected. I can't get it past that glitch. Also, it downloaded the Weather Channel desktop, which also won't open, because it can't find a necessary .dll file. Worse, it won't uninstall, so it's just hanging around, cluttering up my hard drive.

Overall Evaluation: If I could get it to work, I'd be pleased to give an evaluation. Thus far, it, and the accompanying Weather Channel desktop, just don't work. If there is a fix for this, I'm willing to give it a shot. Otherwise, these people need to go back to the drawing board, and find out why they can't find peoples' open internet connection; and why the Weather Channel desktop can't find its required .dll. Also, they need to fix the problem with uninstalling their unworkable applications.

Strengths: couldn't get far enough to find out it wouldn't see that my computer was connected to the internet and wouldn't start because it told me I had to get connected to the internet for it to run even though I was ALREADY CONNECTED.

    Weaknesses:

    Overall Evaluation: GARBAGE

Overall Evaluation: Does do drivers and apps update really ncie, and it's free.RadarSync found 4 (!!!) new drive versions and 2 apps (Ad-Aware and WinRar, yeah!) updates for my Notebook PC. Great success, I love it, and will use it for ever. Thanks for letting me know..

Strengths: easy to use, fast, HUGE time saver

Weaknesses: have to rescan for installed files to be removed from list

Overall Evaluation: This is a great program that is a huge time saver for anyone who likes to keep track of driver and software updates. I don't recommend that you blindly install everything they find for you -- you may not want every update. But if you keep your brain turned on while using this program it can be a huge time saver. For those users who don't know how to update their drivers they can rely on this program to tell them which files they need, which is no small feat. I just recommend that you use the system restore point feature before updating because driver updates can still be tricky. Great utility overall.
