Duration of ownership: 1 Months
Strengths: None.
Weaknesses: It is very sluggish compared to the prior version. The DownloadGuard scanning feature lost a file that took 6 hours to download via dial-up. I've used Ad-Aware for several years, but I demanded my money back, and won't ever use Ad-Aware again.

Strengths:
Weaknesses: Scans would freeze up continually a third of the way. Help forums were not helpful. For me not user friendly. Wanted to buy paid version but with the performance of the free version that will not happen.
Overall Evaluation: Not up to Lavasoft standards.
