Duration of ownership: 1 Days
Strengths: It offers to eliminate a Bill Gates junk feature, and I hope it WORKS.
Weaknesses: The xp_balloontip.xps "file" wud not download. I had to copy the on-screen text, paste it into Notepad, name it, put it in my downloads folder, and double-click.
Overall Evaluation: Right now, poor, becuz of the set-up difficulty. Do not SEE a way to REMOVE this feature? If it works I wud then rate it as "Very Goog" IF I can find a way to remove it if I want.
