Duration of ownership: 3 Months

Strengths: It really forces you to evaluate all the areas in your "kingdom". It's really easy to use and you can stop and start the data entry at any time. It's great to have an actual maintenance schedule.

Weaknesses: It's making me spend money to fix things I didn't know needed to be fixed!!

Overall Evaluation: I've invested alot of money into my house. This is a great tool to make sure I take care of my investment.
