  Strengths: Easy to use. Cheaper than logmein, teamviewer, or gotoassist.

  Weaknesses: Installed on two computers, typed in the access code numbers but it would not connect to the web site. Nothing happened. Please note that I did not create a CrossLoop account because it was only optional.

  Overall Evaluation: Dissapointed.
