Strengths: The support sucks. I paid for the product and never got a serial number. I am getting the runaround from their so-called support. I have filed a complaint with Paypal, and now they want me to drop the complaint before they'll give me a serial number. Something is amiss here.
Weaknesses: It doesn't work without a serial number, which they won't give you no matter how many times you ask.
Overall Evaluation: This software does not do ANYTHING. You need a serial number and even after you pay for the software, they won't give it to you.
