  Overall Evaluation: Every thing this does, Winpatrol does better and so much more.

  Weaknesses:

  Overall Evaluation: Very good. After using it my start up time went from 10 minutes to 2 minutes (most of that due to virus protection and anti-spyware down loads. Stopped a lot of things that I didn't know was running in the background.
