  Strengths: It's free, fast and does what I want: Saving space - yes there are situations where low quality doesn't matter...

  Overall Evaluation: I really need it for my old 1gb mp3-player I always listen to every morning driving to work ;-)

  Weaknesses: Downgrading Quality of MP3 files.

  Overall Evaluation: There is No problem finding LOW QUALITY MP3's. The problem is finding HQ or FLAC MP3's. Having said that, I Do know people who value HD space over Music Quality. Those people will never change, even now when you can buy a Terebyte HD for around $100. Those people would still fill a 1TB HD with 56k LO-Fi MP3's. MLStrand56
