Overall Evaluation: Unlike the first review, I had no problem getting the theme to install. You just 'open' the file after downloading, and 'doubleclick' the theme file. Couldnt be simpler.

Weaknesses: Couldn't get it to open - there's the biggest weakness.
Overall Evaluation: Another failed piece of software offered by PC World. Surprised? I'm not anymore!!
