Unsubscribe/Change Subscription Options
To unsubscribe from a newsletter, to sign up for a new newsletter, or to change your subscription format, follow these easy steps:
  1. Enter your exact e-mail address where you currently receive your PCWorld.com newsletters:


  2. Click on the "Change Subs" button. You will then be taken to a page which lists all your subscription options. To unsubscribe or change other options follow the instructions on that page.

  • You'll need to type in your e-mail address exactly as you entered it when you subscribed to PCWorld.com Newsletters.
  • For security reasons, we don't provide a searchable subscriber database.
  • Changes made here will take 24 hours to process.
  • If you've submitted an address change in the past 24 hours, it may not have been processed yet. Use your old e-mail address first. If that doesn't work, use your new address.
