Superlightweight projector brings up the rear among 16 tested models, with blurry text and a low brightness rating.

Weighing just over 2 pounds, the diminutive HP Sb21 is the
lightest projector we reviewed; unfortunately, the images this $1999 projector
displayed weren't very pleasing. Due to its weak performance in our tests using
interpolated XGA-resolution, this SVGA-resolution projector placed dead last in
our overall value rankings. The Sb21 turned in blurry and hard-to-read text;
its color graphics looked a bit dark, owing in part to the projector's low
brightness rating of 800 lumens. Like the other SVGA projectors we tested, it
fared better with the large, bold fonts used in typical PowerPoint
presentations. The tiny Sb21 offers no built-in speaker or zoom lens; but
otherwise, its controls, menus, and remote were attractive and relatively easy
to manage.
UPSHOT: The ultra-compact HP Sb21 is best suited for
mobile pros who want an affordable, no-frills SVGA-resolution projector for
displaying large fonts and fairly simple graphics.
