Pros
- Text replacement happens almost instantaneously
- Very easy to use, with intuitive interface
- You can backup and restore the snippet list, and import them back into a fresh reinstall
Cons
- A single license is rather expensive for what is essentially a macro
- Can be rather annoying if you forget it's running in the background and you type something that triggers a snippet
