Bottom Line

Though a weak follow-on to the Satellite Pro 6000 in the performance department, this 2-GHz version of the 6100 (which is also available with a 1.7-GHz or 1.8-GHz Pentium 4-M processor) would make a good primary office machine thanks to its huge hard drive, big screen, and Secure Digital slot.
