ThinkPad Edge E420 14-inch LED backlit display. The computer features a 6-cell Lithium Ion battery, which can power it for up to 6 hours between charges. It also sports a spill-resistant keyboard for comfortable typing and Lenovo's UltraNav system for mousing. UltraNav combines a TrackPoint and a wide multi-gesture TouchPad for precise cursor control. The TouchPad also has Tap Zones, which allow you to assign certain functions when tapping zones on the TouchPad.
