You can receive voice and fax messages and optionally forward them to an e-mail account. The program's fax capabilities allow you to send professional-quality faxes and cover pages. CallAttendant Pro can be set to notify you by pager when a fax is received, or to forward it to another number or e-mail account. It automatically differentiates between fax and voice calls, so you don't need two separate lines. Voice-mail messages can be forwarded immediately to your cell phone, and you can set the program to do this only at certain times (such as between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Monday and Thursday). CallAttendant Pro can also be set to have specific messages for different callers, using Caller ID. Its fax-on-demand feature lets callers request documents and receive faxes without your intervention. Users can also remotely access their specific voice mailboxes on a network, using a password. |
