"Cynthia" is the first voice-activated computer intercom providing instant voice communication between computers and hands-free from Synthigence Corporation. Designed for small office / home office users, Cynthia lets computers work like a multi-station intercom system. The product sells for $49 for a two-user license to $199 for an unlimited license. Cynthia was created with the company's flagship SI Works Development Platform which offers a new standard in real-time computing development.
Cynthia also features room monitoring, simultaneous conferences among multiple users, and voice paging. Communication is through existing LAN connections and there is no limit to the number of computers which can be connected or to the number of simultaneous conversations. A mouse-driven GUI is also available for users who prefer it. |
