Advanced security features include Secure Function Lock, Enterprise Security (802.1x) and more. Flexible, expandable paper handling includes an adjustable 250-sheet input tray for letter-size or legal-size paper and a 50-sheet multipurpose tray for printing letterhead and custom paper sizes. The HL-5450DN also offers 64MB memory, 400 MHz processor, Ethernet and Hi-Speed USB 2.0 and uses a high-yield, 8,000-page, toner cartridge to help lower running costs. Energy Star qualified.
