The Xerox Duplicator is extremely easy to use and can be operated by anyone from the novice user to a duplication professional with the ease and the same high standard results. The novice user can make numerous copies without pushing a single button in Auto Copy mode. The more experienced user can set the duplication mode that best suites their needs by adjusting the speed, master source, system utilities and so much more which can be saved exactly as they left it through the account management function. The entire Xerox Duplicator series was designed to operate under the same user interface so there is not an extra learning curve when the user wants to upgrade to a larger tower. When operating the Xerox Duplicator, even though it offers the useful Drag & Drop function where the user can drag image files from their PC and drop them into the duplicatorâÂÂs internal hard drive, the unit can function entirely standalone with no connection to a PC.
