Manufacturer’s Description
The four-line Dialogic D4PCIUFWEU European version combined media boards are ideal for small- and medium-sized enterprise computer telephony applications that require high-performance, cost aggressive media processing, but do not require the large-scale system sophistication of SCbus- or CT Bus-based products. The Dialogic D4PCIUFWEU boards use the same application programming interface as their predecessor, the D/4PCI, making it easy to scale existing applications to take advantage of their power and features in a single PCI slot. The boards have improved voice quality and automatic gain control, so even the weakest telephone signals can be recorded and replayed with complete clarity. The D4PCIUFWEU (voice + fax) give application developers a powerful platform for creating sophisticated interactive voice response applications for the small- and medium-sized enterprise market segment. Caller ID support lets applications such as IVR receive calling party information via a telephone trunk line. Caller ID is supported for North America (CLASS protocol), the United Kingdom (CLI protocol), and in Japan (CLIP protocol).
