The USB 3.0 and 2.0 Hub Card Reader adds three USB 3.0 and three USB 2.0 ports and a USB 2.0 multi-port card reader to your USB 3.0 equipped computer. This USB Hub/Card Reader delivers data transfer rates up to 5Gb/s (up to 10 times faster than USB 2.0) and allows simultaneous operation of multiple USB 3.0, USB 2.0, and USB 1.1 devices, while the reader supports the latest SD and Memory Stick memory cards. Additional features include over-current protection built-in to protect both connected devices and the hub itself from unforeseen power surges and hot-swap capability to allow attachment and detachment of USB devices without having to first power your system off. SIIG's Hub Card Reader conforms to USB 3.0 Specification, Revision 1.0, is FCC and CE regulatory approved, and RoHS-compliant. It is fully compatible with a variety of Windows operating systems and is backed by SIIG's limited 5-year warranty.
