It features the Intel 845 chipset with support for Intel Pentium 4 and Celeron processors up to 3.06 GHz CPU speeds and 400/533 MHz bus speeds! This Compaq 283983-001 mATX Motherboard has integrated video, audio and Ethernet and supports up to 2 GB PC-3200 DDR memory. With two IDE controllers and one floppy controller, you can easily hook up a hard drive, optical drive and a floppy drive! For expansion, this Compaq motherboard offers the user many options with one AGP slot, three PCI slots and two 184-pin DDR DIMM sockets! There are plenty of I/O ports including PS/2, 9-pin serial, 15-pin VGA, 25-pin parallel, USB and audio ports for connecting additional PC peripherals!
