Plus, it offers fast sequential read speeds up to 520 MB/s and fast sequential write speeds up to 320 MB/s. The 830 Series SSD is equipped with a 3-core ARM9 based MCX controller, toggle DDR NAND Flash and 256MB of DDR2DRAM cache memory.
