The HP StorageWorks 6000 Virtual Library System is a single-node solution that offers fast data protection and backup in complex SAN environments and scales in performance and capacity to 600 MB/sec and 122 TB of useable storage with 2:1 hardware compression (VLS6600 only). The VLS6000 supports the licensing of Accelerated deduplication which retains up to 50 times more data readily available on disk.
