ViewSonic VP2330wb Review

- ViewSonic's VP2330wb 23-inch wide-screen monitor is a well-rounded display with an unobtrusive, ergonomically impressive design. With both smooth physical adjustments and easy screen adjustments, this monitor would be a winner even without the full-featured software bundle of extra goodies. The only thing that might make you pause your hand on its way to your wallet is the price: $1099 on 8/17/06, a bit expensive at that time.

User Reviews for ViewSonic VP2330WB

    Duration of ownership:

Strengths: Excellent color and extremely fast refresh rate

Weaknesses: Almost too bright in a dark room

Overall Evaluation: After researching several monitors and checking the specifications on this monitor against the specifications on the other monitors in the same price range, I decided on this one. While the price was a little higher on this monitor than the Dell 24", I felt this would be a better one for my use. I was right. This is a great monitor and makes working in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver a lot easier.

    Duration of ownership:

Strengths: Very fast@8ms. Wide screen allows for side-by-side viewing of documents at 1920X1200. Thin, lightweight construction, Hi contrast ratio of 800:1, easy swivel, tilt and heigth adjustment.

    Weaknesses: Not inexpensive at $1100.00

Overall Evaluation: Very nice looking monitor with a bright display. I really enjoy the 90° swivel function for long pages and documents. Games look good as well. Great all around dual function monitor.
