    Duration of ownership: 10 Months

Strengths: It provides very good photo quality, at printing speed worth waiting for. Very user friendly.

Weaknesses: Registration glitch with the software, though since been resolved with an update.

Overall Evaluation: A very good buy. HP has proven and provided a quality printer at a low price. WAY TO GO HP.

    Duration of ownership: 5 Days

    Strengths: Fast, economical

    Weaknesses: Photo prints

Overall Evaluation: I've been mesmerized by the number of HP printers - so much that I didn't even want to consider them. Finally, because I saw decent inital reviews of the D7160 (some reviews of which are confused in this review section with another printer), I got it. I however read some other reviews besides the vague one here at PC World which went into more depth. One lengthy review mentioned at the very end that the photo quality was disappointing and oversaturated. This is a major point to bring out in a *photo* printer; the writer treated it like a minor detail.
