Duration of ownership: 2 Months

Strengths: Nice compact design

Weaknesses: Poor keyboard/mouse, random crashes, poor support

Overall Evaluation: I'm a big fan of the compact design and the touch screen is a neat novelty. However, that being said, I would NEVER recommend this to a friend. To start with, and unfortunately I read this over and over again, the keyboard and mouse are horrible. I would include the cost of a new keyboard in mouse in the total price of the computer if you consider getting one. A second problem I had was the inexplicable crashes. There's no warning and no seemingly consistent set of circumstances leading up to a crash. Third, and most importantly, dealing with HP support over replacing my dvd drive (it too failed) has been a nightmare. I've been sent two drives that don't fit my computer and now I've been told that I have to send my entire computer in to have it serviced. Now you would think that it would be pretty simple to send me a dvd drive that would fit my computer wouldn't you??? Trust me, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPUTER!!!

Strengths: Design, Design, Design

Weaknesses: CPU spead

Overall Evaluation: I love this toy. Some say APPLE's is better, I could not agree. Even I am not complete satisfy with the CPU speed, I still rate this five star. I could not describe more, only advice is buy one and experience it.

Strengths: Appearance and screen size

Weaknesses: Cost and Keyboard occasionally slow in responding.

Overall Evaluation: The screen size and games are great. The wireless keyboard took a few minutes to become accustomed to, the configuration is a little different from what I'm used to. Additionally, at times the keyboard appears to stick as it responds slowly. The cost is still a little prohibitive. This is a beautiful piece of equipment.
