Reviewed by: flameranUpdated: 15-Jul-08 Strengths: pricequietfast Weaknesses: none so far Overall Evaluation: it is inexpensive and good.I get a 5.9 score in Vista's experience index. It's quiet, I never notice it. It just works. The size is adequate for me. I've been using it with XP and Vista, multiple partitions, dual booting, playing games, watching movies, etc etc. |

Reviewed by: pasta1234Updated: 07-Aug-07 Strengths: Fast, Solid Design, Runs cool,Near Silent, Price per GB. Weaknesses: None at the moment Overall Evaluation: Drives Were installed in a Raid 0 situation adding to 1TB of storage. Windows installed well and pretty quick too. Drives are very fast as well as being almost silent. I can hear my fans over the drives. Cant really tell the difference between this drive and my last WD Raptor, which is a bit faster. Programs , apps and games load nicely,,,can complain for the price and i am sure you wont either. |

Reviewed by: bunny81Updated: 08-Apr-07 Strengths: Huge space, Fast speed in both fetching and copying data. Weaknesses: Show some sector errors during undelete data recovery. Overall Evaluation: Since i have bought this hard drive, i really enjoyed the great enhancements added to it. 500 GB let you wont worry about the space anymore. Another thing i really liked about this hard drive its vast speed both in copying data or in running applications. The only cone i have experienced one time is that it failed to recover deleted data in one of the partitions showing an error in reading a sector. However this defect does not show any minor problems in my daily usage. I would rate this product "very good". I would consider it the best product on the street. |
