Duration of ownership: 2 Years

Strengths: Long Battery life and great short videos

Weaknesses: Exstremely fragile, Photo quality ok. Got better quality with a sony 4 mega pixel camera

Overall Evaluation: To fragile, the LCD screen cracked twice, the first time casio fixed it for free because it was under warrenty and they admitted that the screen was fragile and they could see that the camera was in good care but would not fix it the second time and wanted $126 to fix it. Well it is better to buy a new & improved camera for a few buck more. But I think I'm going to stay away from casio. My 12 year old daughter dropped her nikon 3 times in the street and it still works fine no damage except for a few scratches but works still. I'll have to agree with the last person who posted, can casio say RUBBER how about some protection for the LCD screen.

Duration of ownership: 2 Years

Strengths: Exilim models work great, and have great features. SLim, fast, long battery life.

Weaknesses: Extremely delicate when tipped over even on a kitchen counter or dropped with the lens out. Breaks immediately, and is useless. They do not even have replacement parts to fix it at their own repair place in TX.

Overall Evaluation: Definitely not for teenagers or younger. They are not careful enough, will break the camera very quickly, wasting the money spent, and will feel bad and have no camera! College-age daughter bought one, loved it. Eleven-year-old really wanted one, saved money, bought it, and three weeks later dropped it, rendering it useless. Thinking it bad break, I actually bought one for a spur-of-the-moment trip, but my 17-year-old daughter dropped that within a month, rendering it useless. To top it off, that 17-year-old daughter dropped her college-age sister's camera and broke it, too. Actually that one was able to be fixed for about $65, which beat the cost of her buying a new camera. Why can't they be more hardy? How about some rubber?

Strengths: Awesome QualityAmazing PriceExcellent Battery LifeGreat Movies

Weaknesses: Only 10 minute long movies

Overall Evaluation: This is one of the best cameras I have used in a long time. It takes pictures really fast one after another. The battery life on the included battery is amazing. The battery is still going great and shows 3 bars on the camera even after 150 pictures and 5 movies that where 7 minutes long. The movies look good, especially from a Digital Camera. It allows you to zoom on the movies too! The quality of the photos are awesome. They look good. They aren't as amazing in indoor/dark situations but they are still very good.I highly recommend this camera. You get a great bang for the buck!

Strengths: Loooooooong battery life. Works well in low light. Easy to use. Quick capture.

Weaknesses: On/off button is too small. A lot of "Best shot" options look interesting but not really helpful.

Overall Evaluation: I bought this camera for my mom because she lost her old camera. It is a nice camera. We don't really use the 10M resolution, but the pictures do look amazing in Hi-Def. Some designs could be better, but overall, I am glad I bought it.

Strengths: sharp high resolution pictures, excellent movies, solid feel, user friendly controls, uses SD memory,

Weaknesses: somewhat subpar workmanship, no optical viewfinder

Overall Evaluation: It is small and cute. So far so good. I am pleased with the quality of both pix and movies. I used Fuji F10 before I got this one. I like that Casio has many useful pre-programmed shooting modes. One problem is that USB connector does not fit well--you really need to push it in, and then apply force to take it out.

Strengths: Small and coolVedio function, YouTube ready to upload.

Weaknesses: Color is not very close to the nature.Maybe too complicated for such a small camera.

Overall Evaluation: Overall a nice camera. And it is cheap for 100+. Bought from SEARS online searched all the stores around. It worth it. What else? Would like to have another one if available.
