Reviewed by: myronuUpdated: 14-May-08 Strengths: impressive features for low price Weaknesses: many features such as, duplex, works arbitrarily. Scan feature does not work at all on a wireless connection. Overall Evaluation: If you are a MAC user, do not buy this printer. lexmark has emailed me back to tell me MAC users can not use their "productivity studio" feature and no plans to change. Have to use generic driver to use with MAC at all. Very difficult to set up wirelessly with MAC. Prints well. Seems to go through ink cartridges quickly though (never use for photos). |

Reviewed by: myrbeach1Updated: 24-Mar-08 Strengths: print, copy, scan and fax. picture quality is very good and prints pretty fast. setup was easy. Weaknesses: runs out of ink quickly. when telephone line is plugged in for faxing, the printer turns on everytime the phone rings. Overall Evaluation: Great deal for the price. It is very convenient for laptop users. It copies, faxes, scans and prints photo quality pictures. Overall, I am very happy with this printer. Set up was easier than I had expected. |

Reviewed by: PMMCLMUpdated: 17-Oct-07 Strengths: NONE - I replaced a Lexmark X6150. Weaknesses: Poor everything - my Lexmark X6150 was far superior. Cheap construction, poor set up especially the wireless section.Print quality inferior, copy quality poor. Overall Evaluation: Find another all-in-one printer - Lexmark X6570 is a looser. The wireless set up is terrible & takes a magician to make it work. Instructions are for too many countries, Help CD very poor. |
