Strengths: sturdy, solid, stable
Weaknesses: heavy, only 4x for DVD record
Overall Evaluation: This one is Solid as a rock. It use Cypress chipset which is most reliable among all. It uses internal psu (no brick). Just the speed is not so good, I only get 4x for my DVD record.

Weaknesses: - Heavy- Not the best enclosure to burn at a full 16x speed
Overall Evaluation: Overall: I highly recommended this product as an external enclosure for a DVD burner. Strengths: - Easy to install and find a host to plug in when you carry around your device. - Solid as a rock. - Cypress is the industry leader in quality and reliability in USB chipsets. Weaknesses: - Heavy (of course for 5.25) - This is not the best enclosure if you want to burn at a full 16x speed of your DVD burner.
