Strengths: Functionality, design, memory
Weaknesses: It exploded
Overall Evaluation: Phone exploded and caught fire. Burned the case, cracked the screen. it was neither wet nor dropped prior to this. Safety hazard. It took a week for Sony Ericsson service to even return my call; I had to mail the unit to the for "evaluation"; they have had it for several days but no e-mail or phone follow-up. Poor service for such a company, and VERY surprising to me. When a company has a product that presents as a health hazard or safety concern, they better take their follow-up responsibility seriously. And an $800 phone would be expected to be be buoyed by excellent service and support. I have seen neither from Sony-Ericsson.

Strengths: Shows full motion video, is an all-in-one device.
Weaknesses: Price
Overall Evaluation: For my purposes this is a great device, but the price is outrageous (800 dollars for a phone?). One might also look at the Nokia 3650 (I believe it is. the one with Real Player 8 loaded on it) as an alternative. It's half the price, but not quite machine.
