    Strengths: quiet, compact, affordable, advanced functionality

    Weaknesses: didn't come w/ USB cable

    Overall Evaluation: great printer! good for students printing essays or research. color function is great but not photo quality, which i expected. also great if u live in a small apt.

    Duration of ownership:

    Strengths: This printer is excellent. It is very compact, yet fullfils all my needs.

    Weaknesses: I think the ink cartridges are slightly small, making replacing them occur too often.

    Overall Evaluation: Overall, I feel the product itself is excellent. For the price of the printer, it provides a great variety of options and prints rather professionally. Lexmark is a solid printing company and the Z605 is no exception.

    Strengths: Small, quiet, simple set-up, aesthetically appealing

    Weaknesses: Slower than manufacturer claims

    Overall Evaluation: Overall, this printer is a good value. For the price, I think you would be hard-pressed to find a better product. The only drawback so far is that it seems to print slower than the manufacturer claims.

    Duration of ownership:

    Strengths: "quick print" feature provides good quality very quickly. Utility software is easy to use. Printer 'talks' to you while printing.

    Weaknesses: Printer is very light, don't know how long it will hold up.

    Overall Evaluation: I have found this printer to be just what I wanted. I use it for everyday stuff at my house. I mostly print B&W in 'Quick Print' mode. This provides good quality prints very fast. It says it's not photo quality but I think it prints just fine. I was not looking for a photo printer. I would recommend this printer especially at the price.

    Strengths: Low price; Good quality; Ease installation; Powerful management software; Small size; USB connection (cable included).

    Weaknesses: None

    Overall Evaluation: Text printing is fine; Pictures are good(high definition). Recommend it for small office / family use with printing of text mainly. Very good printer for this price range.
