Strengths: Loaded Features. Palm Driven. Multi-functional. Data sharing with Outlook.
Weaknesses: Poor Picture Quality. Software instability.
Overall: The Treo has solved most of the inconvenience caused by having to carry a PDA and a cellular phone at the same time. It also allows me to synchronize my Outlook Contacts and Appointments. The unit I got, however, freezes from time to time when battery level is below the mid-point, making it extremely annoying. When I have the time I will stop by Sprint PCS Center to have it replace.

Strengths: flexibility; many functions
Weaknesses: camera has very low light quality & is grainy; inability to transmit voice and data simultaneously
Overall: This phone has been a lifesaver. I love having instant access to my work calendar, emails & over 2000 contacts. Unfortunately, I learned that the Sprint network cannot process both voice & data simultaneously. SO, if you are a big email user, you may experience calls going straight to voicemail, rather than ring the phone. This can be a big problem, but I've lived with it. GSM networks don't have this problem. Next time, I will choose a GSM network (i.e., T-Mobile, Verizon, etc.), rather than Sprint.

Strengths: It combines everything you need - a phone, a PDA, and a MP3 player. Not to mention it can work as a modem for you laptop too!
Weaknesses: Screen resolution is not all that great and the camera needs a flash on it. The price tag (with out rebates) is a bit much.
Overall: This has to be hands down one of the best phones/ PDA?s I have owned. The interface it easy to use and its pretty self-explanatory. The best feature is the program PDANET that you can load on the Treo 600 making it a modem for your laptop. My Treo 600 took on the role of an MP3 player when I lost mine. The sound is nice and with the expandable SD card slot and the advent of 1GB SD cards it is just awe-inspiring. When I get bored and just want to goof off ? yep the Treo is there. I can search the web or just play a few games on it. The new update provided by Sprint allows you to search your other (non-Sprint) email accounts and I have found this to be quite useful. The battery life is good and from reading some other peoples comments the only issue I am concerned about is the ease with which the screen can break. Once it?s broken the machine is toast and more accurately a $600 drink coaster. Screen resolution is not all that hot but the Treo 610 will be fixing that problem. If you are looking for a pager/ PDA/ Phone/ Modem/ all in one type of machine you should look no further than the Treo 600.

Strengths: palm os 5, speaker phone, qwerty thumb keyboard, one-handed use, size for pda/phone combo, availability of applications & support, long lasting battery
Weaknesses: camera, screen resolution
Overall: this is my first phone/pda combo. the treo 600 more than matches what my separate pda & phone capabilities were. web browsing any site is easy, phone use (even one-handed dialing) is great, qwerty thumb keyboard looks small but is actually easy to use. sd/mmc slot is a big plus - my treo has become my mp3 player. sprint's unlimited web, data, sms plans (for only $15/mo) are a great deal, though the strength & breadth of sprint's nationwide network has not yet been proven to me (a former verizon wireless customer). I would suggest a treo 600 to anyone considering a phone/palm pda, I love mine.

Strengths: BizConn wireless mail synch, Fast/unlimited Web, Palm apps, Keyboard, Camera, Ease of use, Convergence, Size/weight, Speakerphone, Speed
Weaknesses: BizConn calendar synch, SMS support, Reoccuring costs, Included apps, Display resolution, Protective case, Battery life, Low-light pictures
Overall: The Sprint Business Connection (BizConn), powered by the application SEVEN, is a fundamental tool for the utility of this device. It performs synchronization with your MS Outlook e-mail even through corporate firewalls. This has worked flawlessly and is fantastic for having e-mail on-the-go. Sometimes, I even read my e-mail on my phone when sitting at my desk, because it is faster than using Outlook! The lack, however, of synchronization of your calendar to the Palm calendar is a MAJOR limitation. You can view your calendar via a web page (sometimes), but won't get updates to your alarms until you perform a connected HotSync. This is not tollerable for the added reoccuring fee of $15/month for BizConn and must be corrected by Sprint. Sprint still doesn't have true SMS support, but is promising it in the near future. I don't suspect this is a major issue for too many people, but is less than desirable. The speed of the Web (TCP/IP) connection has been impressive. I've noticed a strong correlation between the Web connection speed and the signal strength as indicated by the displayed icon. The speed can drop off quickly in places with low signal stregth, but is still tolerable. When you get a strong signal, it is obvious why you should get the Sprint/CDMA version instead of the GSM version--as long as you don't travel internationally too often. The available applications for the Palm OS and the Treo 600 are impressive. I'm disappointed, however, at the cost o
