Strengths: Portability, ease of use. space saver

    Weaknesses: small debugging in software

Overall Evaluation: This product was recommended to me by a coworker who has used it for 2 years, she had nothing but positive things to say about it!I work in construction and this is great for scanning plans and odd sized documents and the hp panorama maker works excellently to stitch the images together. The resolution is excellent and it is fast, accurate and very quiet.also doubles as a frame when not in use! :)

    Duration of ownership:

Strengths: Very handy for copying portions of blueprints and maps.

    Weaknesses: Questionable reliablilty

Overall Evaluation: The scanner worked like a champ for about a week and a half then just died. No lights, no motion, nothing. Customer service sent another fairly rapidly and it tested out okay. We'll see how it goes when the office opens up after the holidays. I'm going to try to purchase an extended warranty just in case.
