  Overall: This is not the best monitor or TV but a very good combination of both.Do not order online as all customer service for online orders are handled in a horrible center in India. The reps are uncaring, barely speak english and they are are but drowned out by the hiss and static from the terrible phone system. Once you place an order online no one but the non-service center in India is allowed to handle customer care. Kiss it off if you have a problem.5 stars for the TV but -1 for the service.

  Overall: I had a terrible experience with Dell customer care. What the hell happened with ENGLISH speaking people? It was a matter that should not have took more than 2 min, but it took me more than 40 min. I think they are from another country, god knows where and BELIEVE ME, i was reeeeeeeally frustrated. The next day someone calls again (american now) and wanted to know if i made the **** payment and wanted to know the check #. My god, this is bad. TERRIBLE. Please consider it twice before buying it because you will regreat it
