Strengths: Handles multiple devices, backlit, responsive, label switching, learning
Weaknesses: Low learning memory, no custom labeling (only predefined labels), cannot find standard VCR/DVD controls or create special buttons.
Overall: This is a nice remote, but it is lacking some primary features. I was impressed initially, but when I got down into it, I felt that it could be more customizable. For example, On DVD mode, I don't see standard VCR operations. I played around with the labels to get a record button and a fast forward/rewind button, but I still have not found a pause button.

Strengths: Single-handed use; Backlight; Easy to use
Weaknesses: Not compatible with everything
Overall: I like it. Got it for ~$35 shipped.I couldn't get it to learn the functions from my DVD player, but I found the code in the supplied instruction manual and it works now. I still can't get my notebook's remote to program. I did get it to learn my Bose though--no problems there. Didn't look for the codes on my Sony TV, it learned all the functions perfectly. It's got a macro function for multiple button programming with one function select. It's got timer features. You can program the length of signal output. It also lets me use the DVD buttons while the TV is selected--I can access the DVD player without having to switch back and forth on the function screen.Backlight is easy on the eyes.I can use it with one hand unlike my brother's HUGE Sony LCD remote which looks like some overgrown calculator.

Strengths: Compatible with all brand names I own, nice to only have one remote, like the touch screen.
Weaknesses: Kind of large in size, hard to learn for some people.
Overall: Shipping on this item was incredible. We got it 2 days after purchase. Its large in size, very bulky. The touch screen is cool, but my dad has large fingers so it's kind of hard for him to use. My mom is having difficulty learning how to use it. Other than that its pretty cool. Its nice not having to find 5 remotes, I would purchase this product again.

Strengths: Nice display
Overall: Very nice remote control. I can control all of my A/V electronics. I used to have 3 different remote controls and I was using all of them at the same time. Now, I can use one remote control for the TV, receiver, SAT receiver and etc.
