  Overall: I can't say its fast, but then I can't say its slow. If your looking for a better and faster video Card for same amount go for the XFX 6800XT that has 512MB of GDDR3 memorey.

  Overall: UPDATE: 9Micro1 replaced the first card. New replacment is fantastic. Added Vcool & copper ramsinks on the 2nd one. Would buy another one if I could find it. Excellent Card.PREVIOUS: Got this card from 9micro1 & it runs HOT! ATI Control Panel showed this card running at 73C. That is very high. After only a week or so of use, it has started showing severe artifacts. At first it was only in 3D games, but then all the time. (9Micro1 took care of this).Would really consider upgrading the cooling on this card. A VCool by Antec will pull in cold air and blow on the 'bottom' of the card & iCEBERQ Copper BGA Ramsinks on the 'top' side would help get rid of heat. There is room to put 4 ram sinks on the thin copper on the top.

  Overall: no real complaints about the card. at first the driver didn't have support for widescreen tv's, so i had to get a 3rd party app to display on my hdtv. the latest ati catalyst drivers do support widescrreen, however.

  Strengths: Speed & Price ($359)

  Weaknesses: Installation

  Overall: This is my first Rage card in a number of years. I've had quite a number of Nvidia cards and had very good luck with them, but after reading all the reviews about this card, I decided to give it a try. First thing that struck me is the drivers that came with the CD were five months old and would not install correctly.After a while of that,I went to the ARI site and downloaded software that was only about five days old along with news about an M/S program I needed as well. Got that from M/S install it along with the new drivers and the card works great. End of story.

  Strengths: The fastest video card currently on the market. I have just upgraded my computer and had to buy the best. It only takes up one PCI slot (nice), and you get Half-Life 2 free!

  Weaknesses: At their current level of speed, Half Life 2 may be out in the year 2010... ;)

  Overall: Actually, you really do get what you pay for in this video card. It renders games at an incredible speed, and works extremely well. I have really been pleased with the purchase of Radeon's version of ATI's card. At least they give you a fair amount of extra software and games (which vary from what I understand). Anyway, I do recommend you get this card if you are looking to upgrade.
