  Overall: Pros: Progressive Scan yields good picture quality. Slim and sleek design can fit anywhere. Great set of features at an affordable price. Cons: Remote Control design lacks intuition and user-friendliness. Regardless, based on my experience with it, I highly recommend this unit!!!

  Strengths: Produces great picture quality, plays back-up/personal movies from DVD-R, DVD+RW, CD-R type of media.

  Weaknesses: Can not play PAL format dvd's/media.

  Overall: Aside from being thin and light this player produces great picture quality. Reads many different type of DVD media. The following type of media plays well in my player. DVD-R, DVD+RW, CD-R. But this player can't play PAL format media/dvd's.

  Overall: I was looking for a dvd player that would be compatible with dvd-r and +r. the manufacturer only says that it's compatible with -r, rw, but i've found that it also works for +r. VERY few dvd players have this capability. my brother has had the player longer than i have, and we have found no problems whatsoever yet. overall, great product!

  Strengths: Always provides the clearest picture with vivid color and definition with rented and new DVD's. Very simple to use. Slim design can fit anywhere.

  Weaknesses: none.

  Overall: For everyday and nightly family use, this is the best buy for under $100.00. Everyone can use it, and since we've had it, it's never skipped or had any other problems, with old or new DVD's. The picture is always crystal clear, and it's so easy to use. I recommend it to all my friends, and they are also just as pleased with Toshi's preformance!
