  Overall: The mic boom easily breaks with any pressure applied. This would be a great product of logitech allowed the mic boom to break away from the main body without completely breaking. I have a $100 dollar brick after only 2 days of use. Logitech support was of no use, and hid behind thier warranty. I consider this a major design flaw.If the mic boom wasn't a problem, this would be a great product.

  Strengths: Excellent, excellent, excellent sound quality, outgoing and incoming. Incredible sound quality. Secure fit. Super-Duper range (too good).

  Weaknesses: Little discomfort arround the ears. Not everyone is probably as sensitive as I am.

  Overall: This is one hell of a product. I can't say enough about it. Some people don't care about quality, and for them anything will do. But me, I need excellent quality especially when it comes to sound. I have a friend who has a different bluetooth headset and everytime I talk to him there is always some kind of disturbance, un-clean sound. Logitech is excellent when it comes to sound, outgoing sound quality is superb, and incoming, my god it's better than anything in the world. No background noise, nothing, callers hear only you. This headset comes with a case, which serves as two purpose, to store the device and charge the device, smart move, excellent thinking. To charge all you have to do is plug in the adapter. My only complaint is that I experienced a little discomfort after wearing it for a long time (continuous wear). In the begining it was very comfortable, I couldn't even tell I had it on, but later on after few hours i felt the pain. The device is designed like a clip that you clip it arround your ears, and it stays secure thanks to the clip mechanics, but also enough pressure could bring some pain. Try it out, if you don't experience the pain, this is the headset for you, don't even bother with anything else. And the range is so good, I have a two story house, I left the phone on my bed, I walked arround the house (4 bedroom), no problem, walked down the stairs with the phone still in my bedroom, no problem, callers didn't even know I was moving arround. Excellent range and excellent build of the product, nice rubbery plastic kind of a material, very rich looking. Solid built.

  Weaknesses: Poor sound quality, poor egonomic design, uncomfortable to use

  Overall: When i first used it, I know its uncomfortable instantly! However, I will try to adjust the headset which often would accidentally terminate my conversation. Lousy product. Bought from PCUniverse and wanted to refund BUT poor return policy.
