Strengths: Will scan B
Weaknesses: Does not really work with Vista if you have an older serial number.
Overall Evaluation: I downloaded all the vista drivers and software. Tech support told me that it is always going to crash doing grayscale or color scans. If you are using Vista or plan to upgrade don

Strengths: fast scans
Weaknesses: tech support, conflicts with existing hardware
Overall Evaluation: Easy but time consuming installation. My HP printer/scanner quit printing. Tech support said the problem was with the HP and HP said the problem was with Documate. Overall, a very frustrating, time consuming and expensive problem. I will be returning the scanner.
