Duration of ownership:
Strengths: Its packed with host of features. Its fast & reliable.
Weaknesses: Price is the only factor but other than that nothing as such.
Overall Evaluation: Overall, its a good bargain! Though the high price factor is a concern but can be done away with considering the performance. I'll recommend it for those who demand great stability & high performance but compromising a bit on the price. Its best for gamers & home video makers. The bundled s/w is feature packed but would take some time to get used to.

Strengths: runs stable even when overclocked and of course the free half life2 game which they probably charge you for in the price so its not really free.
Weaknesses: The perfomance is almost not worth the money
Overall Evaluation: I had a 9700 pro which I knew I wouldnt see a whole lot of dif. but I played some games and the 9800xt had that little extra performance I needed to keep the frames up in hoggy games like vietcong and halo. But let me tell you something that might blow you away.I have 4raptors on a raid0,3.3p4 1000fsb,1gig corsair pro4000,9800xt Overclocked and on the single player in halo I have to turn down quite a few things. This game will bring even the best pcs to their nees.So take it from me dont spend the money thinking this card can handle anything you throw at it! I cant wait till another card comes out that is actually FAST!!
