    Duration of ownership:

Strengths: gets a lot of frequent flyer miles traveling back and forth for repair

Weaknesses: simply a poorly made piece of junk

Overall Evaluation: I am greatly sorry I ever purchased this monitor. At 11 months it simply died. A call to customer service was an exercise in patience and tolerance of plain stupidity. The only thing the "tech" kept saying was ' I don't know sir , I don't know sir, I don't know sir , which was bad enough but worse he expected me to take this as an answer. I opted to switch mine for a refurbished 243. What I was given was a 240 with a 243 sticker on it. They really ought to know to change the bios chip inside. I had this refurbished 240 for 7 weeks and now its completely dead too. Is It me . I think not. I ve never had a monitor go bad before at all much less 2 in 2 months. CAVEATE EMPTOR. This monitor is junk.
