Overall Evaluation: I don't have any background in graphics or art and the extent of my PC graphics experience stopped at Microsoft Paint. I found myself in a situation where I needed some graphics done but didn't have budget to have them done professionally. So I decided to have a go at Paint Shop Pro. I was amazed at what I could produce in such a short period of time. Within a few hours I was applying fading effects to images and making montages out of several images.I did find the product a challenge to use though. A big part of the problem was that I didn't know the terminology. I would think of an effect I wanted to do, like "fade," but wouldn't know the correct terminology to search for "mask." But if you are a little more patient than me (not hard) then this shouldn't be a problem.Overall, I'm very impressed with PSP and consider it a great value for the money.
